Charged by FITCRAF or FITCRAF.COM?
fitcraf.com changed hands in November 2026. The business that sold subscriptions under the FitCraf name no longer runs this domain, and this site cannot see, cancel or refund any charge.
If you see a FITCRAF charge you don't recognize, call your card issuer, dispute it as unauthorized and ask for a new card number.
This page is only about charges that read FITCRAF or FITCRAF.COM. Businesses with similar names are unrelated to these charges.
What the charge looks like
On card statements it appears as FITCRAF, FITCRAF.COM or FitCraf, often with a phone number next to the name.
The site that used this domain listed a $1.95 one-day pass and subscription plans that renewed automatically for up to 12 months unless cancelled:
- $9.95 every 5 days
- $19.95 every 10 days
- $24.95 every 12 days
- $29.95 every 15 days
- $39.95 every 20 days
- $49.95 every 30 days
If you see repeating charges in these amounts, they may all come from the same subscription, so check several months of statements.
What to do
- Call your card issuer using the number on the back of your card. Say you did not authorize the charge and ask them to dispute it.
- Ask for a new card number so repeating charges can't go through.
- Look back through earlier statements for more charges like these and dispute each one.
- Report it to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov. You can also file a complaint with your state attorney general.
How long you have
Credit cards. If only your card number was used, you are not responsible for charges you didn't authorize. For a billing dispute, the Federal Trade Commission says your written dispute should reach the card issuer within 60 days after the first statement showing the charge was sent, and the issuer must resolve it within 90 days. FTC: disputing credit card charges
Debit cards. If your card wasn't lost or stolen but the number was used, you are not responsible for transactions you didn't authorize if you report them within 60 days after the statement showing them was sent. FTC: lost or stolen credit, ATM and debit cards
Questions
Can this site cancel my subscription or refund a FITCRAF charge?
No. This site has no customer accounts, no connection to any charge and no way to cancel or refund. Your card issuer can dispute the charge, block further charges and give you a new card number.
Who runs fitcraf.com now?
The domain changed hands in November 2026. It now hosts only this notice and sells nothing.
I don't remember signing up. What do I tell my bank?
Tell your card issuer you did not authorize the charge, ask them to dispute it, and ask for a new card number so repeating charges stop.
The charge is from months ago. Is it too late to dispute?
Call your card issuer anyway. Federal law sets 60-day windows for disputes, counted from when the statement showing the charge was sent, and your issuer can tell you what it will still review.
